I bought this knife months and months ago. I wanted to see how it held its edge, how it felt after months of use and to give a genuine long term review. This is the perfect knife for me, economical and stays sharp. I still get a kick out of using it. The wide blade is great for squashing garlic. Julienne slicing is a breeze, it's just a very nice knife to own.
beautiful knife.. nice and light and easy to use...cuts with precision..aesthetically pleasing ..i would love to see this series with either blue or white resin handles to.
Bought it and was blown away by the price for a well-presented white case with a leather sheath that came with it. Handle was more comfortable that my old chef knife and tested to cut thru paper. Mate I gave it too was happy with it was well. Not sure about value as with the price you can get another similar MIC knives also made in yangjiang the knife capital of china from aliexpress with a real wood handle and made using the imitation version of VG10 steel or imported AUS10/AUS8 steel for 10-20 quid less. If not willing to wait and worried by the warranty I recommend buying this brand on amazon uk
Have been looking for a new Knife for some time, have read reviews after reviews , Youtube videos you name it . Looked at purchasing Global Wusthof etc and thought why spend this much , let’s give someone else a try as the big names had to start somewhere too . This knife does not diss appoint beautifully boxed and presented , lovely weight and design and most of all an edge as sharp as you could want . Outstanding product for the right price .
No blunt remarks about the quality of this birds beak blade. Comfortable to handle and cuts like a mother- in- laws criticism.
I love this knife, it's so sharp straight from the box. Feels so light yet fits perfectly in my hand. Also the leather blade sheath keeps it safe from accidents.

I was looking for a knife to cook, after several comparisons and research I chose Zelite. I didn't regret it, the blade is excellent and the cost benefit is great. I have used it daily.
Real nice knife. Great blade,lovely handle,sheath is well made and makes you want to strap it to your calf lol. If you want up your knife game for the price I haven't came across any better
So useful for fiddly bits of trimming (taking the pith from inside bell peppers etc). Really handy little knife that I use far more than I thought I would. Razor sharp too (like all the Zelite knives I've had).
I was given this as a gift. I don't know whether to display it on the wall, shave with it, or mince a filet. Superb craftsmanship and beautiful presentation. This replaces my trusty 8" Global that my son broke whilst using it as a screwdriver. I used it for one service tonight and it was a gem. Like a giant scalpel. The balance is petty good; a little bit heavy on the the front two fingers, but I got used to that after about 10 minutes. The knuckle clearance is excellent for a fat fingered chef like me. I've only given 3 stars for durability because I've not had it long enough to form a considered opinion but It looks more delicate than my Global. That shouldn't be a problem if you don't use it to bolt IKEA furniture together. My colleague used it to julienne a carrot and the knife was better than him! It's a grown-ups knife so you'll need a whetstone (don't use a pull through) but if you'll understand that as soon as you start using it. I'll update this in a few weeks but at the moment I'm a Zelite convert. SC
Its quiet thin so be careful as if you hit the tip on something it'll bend but apart from that I'm extremely happy with it.
So beautiful! Fantastic craftsmanship and a joy to handle. This is the first knife I have ever used with which I've been able to peel a potato and have some potato left. Not to mention fingers. It's so sharp one can barely feel any resistance, the handle is unbelievably comfortable, and the blade is so manœuvrable! My only regret is that this style of knife isn't available in the 'Comfort' series: it doesn't match my other Zelite knives.
This is a fantastic knife - I am using it for fruit. Cutting an apple or pear, peeling a kiwi fruit, or whatever I am having for desert, it really is a pleasure to use :) Editing my review to add how helpful the Zelite team were when I had a query with my knife recently. They were fantastic! I’m looking forward to adding more knives to my collection soon :)
This was a present for my boyfriends 40th birthday, needles to say he loved it. He has tried it out and it cuts beautifully. Probably the best thing i have brought in a long time. The presentation and leather case gives it a really special touch. Would highly recommended this product.
Brilliant knife hasn't even started blunting yet after alot of abuse. Unfortunately the sheath that comes with it always feels likes it going to chop your finger off when you take it out of it. Apart from that can't fault it.
Bought for partner's birthday, who happens to be a chef, so I was very aware it had to be good. Thankfully they were overjoyed and absolutely loved the knife; they noted the quality and craftsmanship of the knife and has since said they would recommend it to anybody else.
Bought as a domestic knife for non professional who loves barbecuing and wanted a good knife for cutting joints into steak portions and also for carving. Feels good to handle and very very sharp. Overall pleased with product and service.
Zelite knives are literally in a class of their own. I now have three. This particular Santoku knife is incredible. The sharpness,tang and balance is amazing. They all come beautifully boxed and presented. This knife comes with a good quality leather sheath and a polishing cloth. I still use them but my Gustav Emil Em, Global Sabatier (carbon steel originals) knives do sadly come second best. Thank you Zelite. Best knives Ive ever used.
